Portal FAQs

This is the login screen for your LL Flooring portal (located at framericaonline.com). To bookmark it, simply press the CTRL and D keys simultaneously and choose your preferred bookmark location. To log in, enter your username and password then check off ‘Remember Me’. Your username is store###@lumberliquidators.com and your password is llflooringstore1### (a 1 plus your 3-digit-store number). So if you store number 015 your password will be llflooringstore1015. You will remain logged in for 14 days (or until your computer restarts).

If you prefer to search by sorting and drilling down, then look on the left and simply tick off the BestTread category/products you are looking for and the products will display in the main window. Also on the lower left, you can search by the type of tread or by the finish, style or color you need. Feel free to choose multiple check boxes to narrow down your search even further.

Now scroll towards the bottom, and you’ll see a swatch of the finishes that LL Flooring carries. Simply click on one of them to see the whole line of products in that color. There is also a footer menu on the bottom that contains the same links as up top. No matter your browsing preference, we hope you will be able to locate when you need – quickly.

In ‘Orders’ you can see all the BestTread orders your store has converted.  Just remember this dashboard contains all the BestTread sales information you might need or want – across all LL Flooring stores!

Orders is/are where you can see all of the orders you’ve placed at your own store that have been converted to orders.

All Quotes is home to all of the BestTread project estimates your store’s associates have put together. The rationale is that maybe a customer came in to price a stair makeover but then went to another store for a second opinion but has now come back to make a purchase with you. Here is where you can pull up their old quote and help speed up that purchase. 

You may also want to confirm that your estimate resulted in an actual sale (we will talk about that later) by being ‘converted to an order’ – you will do that here.

Another link to the cart is also in here, too as well as in the top navigational menu. If the cart is empty, it will tell you so. If it has items in it from the last project estimate you put together, you will see them here, too. You can add more quantities, remove items, adjust prices and so on.

If you want to change your password (or other account details) simply click ‘Account Details’. Enter your current password and then your new password – confirm and click ‘Save’.

Now let’s look at your other account details. Each LL Flooring store has different account details. Here is where you’d change your password, store location, phone number and so on.

You will remain logged in for 14 days. After 14 days (or if your computer reboots/restarts), you will be asked to log in again. Remember: your username is store###@lumberliquidators.com and your password will be llflooringstore1### (a 1, plus your 3-digit-store number). So if you store number 015 your password will be llflooringstore1015.

We’ve created and included access to some key sales data for BestTreads across the whole chain of LL Flooring stores. All of the data is sortable by date, quarter, year, product and so on (once there is real data, of course). Feel free to look around the different data tabs below the main sales data and sort the data by whatever interests you. Sales for your store can also be drilled down into to find out what specific items are selling and when.

The ‘Recent BestTread Orders’ will show you who bought what and when. Once there is real data, this should be a useful tool. This data is also sortable by whatever data you want to locate. As you can see, the data is displayed in either graphical chart format – or in tabular data.

The sales leaderboard view shows each store what the other stores are selling. Because this portal does not directly connect with LL Flooring sale’s tools, it is reliant upon LL Flooring’s sales associates to click the CONVERT TO ORDER option in the ALL QUOTES panel of the portal. This is how the portal knows who sold what and when. So, as you put together a BestTread order with this tool, if the customer eventually buys the tread products, you would simply click CONVERT TO ORDER in the Dashboard’s ALL QUOTES tab and those sales will be counted.

Now for creating a project quote: Simply find the items your customer wants, then add the desired quantity to the Quote. Keep adding items until the customer’s project needs are filled. When done adding, select VIEW QUOTE. Adjust the quantities and totals as needed. Fill in your customer’s name, address, phone and choose their shipping option etc. When done, select “Place Estimate”. An email is then fired off to the email address associated with this store’s account so the associate has the exact SKUs in order to copy/paste and enter those SKUs into LL Flooring ‘point of purchase’ sales system. 

If a customer finished the purchase at your LL Flooring store, we are asking you to remember to convert that customer’s quote to an order so its data can be added to the overall sales data. To do this, simply go back into the Dashboard and select ALL QUOTES to find the customer’s quote, then click CONVERT TO ORDER. That’s it. That sale’s data is then saved and recorded.

This is an example email that can be used to copy/paste SKUs when creating the sales ticket. Remember: If the customer buys the items, click ‘CONVERT TO ORDER’ in the ‘ALL QUOTES’ panel.
